Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within a 50-mile radius of my home base is included in all packages. For destinations beyond that, I’ll provide a custom quote based on location and logistics. If your wedding or session is more than two hours away (one way), an overnight stay is typically required. I only charge for the cost of lodging and standard mileage — no hidden fees, just what’s necessary to get me there and back safely.

How many photos will we receive?
You’ll receive a curated gallery of high-resolution images — typically 50 to 75 photos per hour of shooting. That said, I don’t leave any good ones out, and I have a tendency to overdeliver. If it’s beautiful, meaningful, or part of your story, it’s yours.

When and how will we receive our photos?
You’ll get a sneak peek shortly after your wedding — just enough to relive the magic right away. Then comes a blog post featuring highlights from your day, followed by your full gallery. All images are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints directly. It’s easy, beautiful, and built for celebrating.

What happens if it rains or snows?
For engagement sessions we can absolutely reschedule — especially if you’re getting your hair and makeup done. While I love embracing weather for the magic it can bring, your comfort and confidence come first. If there’s a thunderstorm or snowstorm, I’m happy to move things around. I want you to love your photos, and that means making sure you feel your best. Wedding days, we make it work so that you get the best of your day while adjusting the timeline on-the-fly to make sure you get your dream portraits.

What happens if there’s an equipment failure?
Your memories are incredibly important to me, and I take every precaution to keep them safe. I always bring backup gear and multiple memory cards to every shoot — so even if something unexpected happens, your images are protected. As soon as I get home, I back up your photos to multiple locations, including external hard drives and cloud storage. I treat your wedding day like it’s irreplaceable — because it is. You can rest easy knowing your images are in good hands from start to finish.

How do I book you for my date?
Booking is easy! Once you’ve decided we’re a good fit, I’ll send over a custom quote so you can pick exactly what you want — no guesswork, just a package that fits your vision. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer officially reserve your date on my calendar. From there, we’ll dive into planning all the fun details together!
